Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments
Cosmetic treatments involve TGA approved prescription medications that can only be administered by a Registered nurse or Doctor. Prior to your treatment, your nurse will complete a health and cosmetic assessment, complete your consent form, and you will need to have a face to face skype consultation with one of our doctors. TGA also has laws around advertising, so although no brand names are allowed to be used, we only use premium brands in our clinic.

Wrinkles and Lines
A small amount of Botulinum Toxin is injected into the muscles that cause wrinkles, relaxing them. Once relaxed, they are unable to cause the dynamic lines (with movement) we see when we frown or squint. It can't usually remove static lines (lines still there when we are relaxed), but may soften them. It is a pleasant side effect that it also improves the surface texture of your skin.
It takes up to 10 days to see the final result, and lasts up to 3-4 months. Your metabolism determines how long it lasts for you. If you are fit and active, you will metabolise it quicker than those with slower metabolism. Used to treat Frown, Forehead, Crows feet, Neck lines, Jawline, Dimpled chin, Sad face, Bruxism or teeth grinding, Hyperhidrosis (excess armpit sweating), Gummy smile, Hayfever prevention.

Volume and Contour
Some facial lines are not caused by muscle movement but the loss of volume under the skin. Particularly the lower face. No amount of antiwrinkle can help. Volume loss is best addressed by dermal fillers to revolumise what nature has taken away. Dermal fillers are made from naturally occurring sugar chains called Hyaluronic Acid, which also occurs naturally in our connective tissue. As we age, our body reabsorbs our bone, muscle, and subcutaneous fat that keeps us looking young, giving us a sagging or hollow look. Dermal fillers can replace that lost volume, be used for facial contouring of the cheeks, jawline, chin and enhancement of other areas like the lips.
It may take several treatments, and several mls of product to achieve your desired results and restore many years of volume loss.

Bioremodeling
As we age, our skin becomes dehydrated, thinner and depleted of collagen, elastin and our own innate hyaluronic acid - natures hydrator. Bioremodeling helps replenish some of the lost volume and hydration giving a natural looking result

Skin Boosters Deep Hydration

Lipodissolve - Double chin treatment
Lipolysis is a fat dissolving treatment. Injections of lipodissolve solution reduces the appearance of a double chin, and can be used in other small problem areas to break down and remove excess fat cells. Typically 2 or 3 treatments are required at least 6-8 weeks apart. Must have a full consultation prior to treatment day.
